These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Togra mobile app and related services ("Togra", "we", "us"), operated by Suprapp Studio. By using Togra you agree to these Terms. Creators are also asked to agree to them in the app before publishing their first hunt. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Eligibility
- Anyone can play public hunts anonymously, without an account.
- To create an account, publish hunts, join parties or make purchases, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Togra only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You may not use Togra if we have previously suspended your account for breaking these Terms, or if the law where you live prohibits it.
2. Your Content and the Licence You Grant
"Your content" means anything you publish on Togra: hunt titles, descriptions, clue text, answers, cover and clue photos, and your public creator name.
- You keep ownership. You own your content. We do not claim it.
- The licence you grant us. So that we can show your hunts to players, you grant Togra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, distribute and adapt your content (for example resizing photos or formatting clues for different screens) for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting Togra.
- When the licence ends. The licence ends when you unpublish or delete your content, except for copies players have already downloaded for offline play, backup copies kept for a limited period, and content we must keep to comply with the law or to handle a report.
- You are responsible for it. You must have the rights to everything you publish, including photos you did not take yourself. Do not include other people's personal information, and do not direct players onto private property or into places that are unsafe or closed to the public.
- AI-assisted hunts. If you use AI to draft a hunt, you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it, as if you had written it yourself.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
🚫 There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Togra.
You must not publish, or use Togra to share, content that is:
- hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying or threatening toward any person or group;
- sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
- violent, gory, or encourages self-harm;
- illegal, or encourages illegal acts such as trespassing, vandalism or theft;
- dangerous, such as challenges that put players or the public at risk;
- someone else's personal information, or impersonation of another person;
- infringing on someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- spam, scams or misleading advertising.
You must also not abuse other users, including through your public creator name, and must not misuse the reporting system.
What we do about it. We may act on any content or account that breaks these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- Content removal. We can unpublish any hunt and place it under review. A hunt reported by several signed-in players may be taken down automatically while we review it. A hunt under review cannot be republished until we clear it.
- Name reset. We can replace an offensive public creator name with a randomly generated one.
- Publishing suspension. We can suspend an account's ability to publish hunts, temporarily or permanently.
If you think we made a mistake, contact us at the address in section 8.
4. Reporting and Blocking
- Reporting. You can report any hunt, or its cover photo, from within the app, with or without an account. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we aim to act on them within 24 hours. Whether or not a report leads to a takedown, the app shows you the same confirmation.
- Blocking. From a hunt by another creator, you can block that creator. Their hunts are then hidden from Explore, Nearby, search and your Downloads on that device. You can review and undo blocks in Settings → Blocked creators.
- How blocking works. Your block list is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us or to the creator, and it is deleted if you delete your on-device data. A party invite or join link you choose to open still works, even for a blocked creator's hunt.
You can also email us about content or users at the address in section 8.
5. Purchases
- In-app purchases, such as activating an AI-generated hunt, are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Togra never receives your payment card details.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Please request a refund through them.
- No Togra refund for removed content. If content you paid to create or activate is removed, or your account is suspended, because it broke these Terms, Togra will not provide a refund or compensation.
- If a hunt is taken down for review and later cleared, its activation stays in place.
6. Real-World Safety
Togra hunts take place in real public places. You play at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and behaviour.
- Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not look at your phone while crossing roads, cycling or driving.
- Respect property and the law. Do not trespass, enter closed or restricted areas, or damage anything to solve a clue.
- Respect other people and local rules, including opening hours, signs and requests from staff or residents.
- Consider the weather, the terrain, the time of day and your own fitness before you set off. Children should play with adult supervision.
- Hunts are written by creators. We do not inspect every location, and places can change, close or become unsafe. If a clue leads somewhere unsafe, skip it and report the hunt.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
- Togra is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that hunt content, directions, opening hours or location information are accurate or up to date.
- Content published by creators is their responsibility, not ours, and does not reflect our views.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Togra and Suprapp Studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for injury, loss or damage arising from your travel to, or activity at, any real-world location while using Togra.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or our liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW: App Store seller jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Togra changes. The version and effective date at the top of this page always show the current Terms. When we make a material change, the app will ask creators to agree to the new version before they publish again. If you keep using Togra after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
